About Me

 

A graduate of Boston University I hold a MSW from their Graduate School of Social Work. I am a licensed psychotherapist (LICSW), in practice since 2003 specializing in trauma recovery and the gamut of mental health issues. I have a BA in Psychology with a minor in sociology from Wheaton College. Over the years in my psychotherapy practice I was led to continue my studies in psycho-spiritual counseling and therapeutic modalities. These interests brought me to the powerful healing tool of Past-Life Regression Hypnosis, and to learning from renowned psychiatrist Dr. Brian Weiss (author of Many Lives Many Masters and a multitude of other books), at the Omega Institute, where I completed his therapist-training course for clinical therapists to practice Past-Life Regression Therapy. I offer Past-Life Regression sessions for people as a separate service from my therapeutic coaching services.

My interests in psycho-spiritual healing led me to the awareness that it is a critical part of mental health and whole person treatment. It is vastly overlooked and diminished by the current medical model of traditional psychotherapy which is primarily focused on symptom management. I have dedicated my therapeutic coaching practice to engaging the mind, body, and spirit and working with individuals who want to explore the interconnectedness of all aspects of this human experience as part of their healing journey.

I am a certified IET(Integrative Energy Therapy)Master Instructor/practitioner. This is a powerful energy healing process that  brings in overall physical and mental support creating a pattern within the individual of integrative healing and clearing. The IET healing process can be done remotely or in person depending the choice and location of the client.

My current practice is founded on a holistic approach that blends my knowledge and training in traditional psychotherapy with mind, body and spirit integration and growth. I am excited to welcome new coaching clients, IET clients and PLRT clients to my practice.
